The platform company says start with the platform. The license shop says start with the license. Everyone's advice ends conveniently at the edge of what they're selling.

What we do

We help founders decide — in the right order — on the model, the license and jurisdiction, the technology, the liquidity and payments, and the compliance foundations of a new brokerage. We bring the market knowledge of someone who has seen these launches go right and wrong, and we put the reasoning in writing so you own the decision long after the engagement ends.

How we stay independent

We don't sell platforms, licenses, liquidity or turnkey packages, and we don't take quiet commissions for steering you toward them. Where a vendor would pay us a referral fee, we tell you before you decide. That independence isn't a marketing line — it's the entire reason the advice is worth anything.

What we're not

We're a commercial and strategic advisory, not a law firm or a licensed financial adviser. When a decision needs a regulated lawyer, a local auditor or a compliance officer, we'll tell you plainly and help you scope the brief — rather than pretend it's something we can sign off ourselves.
